Welcome Newcomers!
Your presence enriches this community of faith. Child care is provided during the service in a nursery below the sanctuary; older children are welcome to visit a church school class--the greeter can direct you. Our coat closet just inside the front doors of the sanctuary doubles as a "crying room," and allows parents with an active or crying child to continue to listen to the service. After worship, please sign the guest register at the entrance and ask the greeter for a church brochure. Finally, join us for coffee in Frost Hall, the wing to the right of the sanctuary.
NURSERY CARE is available each Sunday.
SUMMER SUNDAY SCHOOL begins Sunday, June 15th for people in preschool through 5th grade. Adults and High School youth are invited to sign up to teach ONE SUNDAY this summer. A sign-up sheet is posted in the McKinnell Center, or contact Ellen Witko.
Honor a Friend, Remember a Birthday, Celebrate an Anniversary…Share your special occasion by contributing a floral arrangement for the communion table. Please sign up on the flower calendar located in Frost Hall. Flowers may be ordered from the Village Flower Shop, your favorite florist, or gathered from your own garden. Each weekly arrangement adds beauty to our sanctuary.
DO WE HAVE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS? We have begun to e-mail the weekly announcements on Monday mornings, for those who missed seeing them on Sunday, or who want to recheck dates and details. We also send occasional “blasts” to highlight coming events. Get in the know and on the list by sending an e-mail to Brooksidechurch@verizon.net.
