Serving Others       Intergenerational Ministries

Habitat for Humanity
Young and old alike come together to build homes as part of our popular Habitat for Humanity mission trip each year.  We have worked in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania building new homes and rehabbing others.  Our young people and adults return home tired, fulfilled and changed by the trip and review the experience with the congregation at a subsequent church service.

Soup Kitchen
In those months with five Saturdays BCC high school youth and adults prepare and serve meals at the Community Soup Kitchen in Morristown.  Other members of the congregation contribute soup, main course, and dessert and Church School classes or youth group members make centerpieces.
