Seniors “Young at Heart” Ministry
It is with deep gratitude that I thank the twelve donors who supported the Brookside Seniors “Young at Heart” Ministry.
Each month, we hand deliver a homemade treat and a prayer card to between twenty and twenty-five senior members of our congregation and community. This ministry has enabled us to have face to face contact, fellowship, and remind individuals who have been deeply impacted by the pandemic that they are remembered and cared for.
Please know that each of you have brightened their days and that they deeply appreciate (and anticipate) the treat and visit. If you would like to participate in this ministry through sponsorship, making deliveries, creating treats, or in another way, please contact me at linchilld7@gmail.com.

This year was one of many difficulties, but also many joys. Just at the right moment small miracles reminded us that God is with us and our congregation. As we care for one another, as we care for our neighbor, we remember that God is with us and encourages us to continue forward.
