FINAL CALL:: Brookside 5Rhythms FRIDAY, November 17!
Brookside 5Rhythms® will hold it’s final class THIS FRIDAY, November 17, in Scialla Hall from 10:00-11:30AM. The series ends with an exploration of Stillness, the Rhythm of Breath & Compassion. Herbal tea and snacks will be available at the end of class.
