On Saturday, Oct. 14 from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, Sister Eleanor Francis will present a program called “Eastern Spirituality for Western Seekers.” We will study the four classical Indian yoga’s as taught in the Bhagavad Gita. The program will take place in person at the Community St John Baptist convent. Suggested donation for the day is $30 or whatever you can afford. Brookside 5Rhythms® Series Begins
NEXT WEEK!
Brookside 5Rhythms series, MOVE. WRITE. CONNECT! begins NEXT FRIDAY, October 13. Classes will take place in Scialla Hall on Fridays from 10:00-11:30AM.
In this 6 week series, we will move with one Rhythm each week, placing a gentle emphasis on the primary healing properties that each Rhythm offers. We will take our exploration a step further in this series as we add the elements of writing and partnering to fully embody our discoveries.
