When to-do lists, to-buy lists, and to-send lists overwhelm us, it's time to take time in the quiet to reflect. Meditation stations will be set up in the sanctuary and parlor from 5-8pm amidst quiet music and seasonal decorations. Come for 10 minutes, or for the full time. Take time for yourself and your spirit.
