Hi everyone! I wanted to say thank you to those who came and helped make the breakfast bags! We were able to get it done faster than ever, and we completed a total of 100 bags! A special thank you to those who donated money or supplies. We plan to do this again on March 10, and hope to see you again!
Sincerely,
Avery Vlcko

BYE-BYE WINTER BLUES - Let's come together as a community to "Beat the Winter Blues!" On Sunday, Feb. 25, from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., join friends and neighbors for an afternoon of fun at the Brookside Community Club, hosted by the Mendhams Stigma-Free Task Force.

This free party is for everyone – kids, seniors and all residents in between. It features Kahoot trivia games, creative arts & crafts, prizes, a hot chocolate bar, therapy pups to cuddle, snacks, music and more! In these cold winter months, we could all use an afternoon to recharge and renew connections. We especially welcome new residents to meet others in our community! Please contact Committeewoman Amalia Duarte, the Task Force Chair, with questions at aduarte@mendhamtownship.org.

INTEGRATED SPIRITUALITY

THIS WEEK:: Yoga + Dance!!

Yoga Tonight 6:45pm-8pm

5Rhythms Dance

Our 5Rhythms Winter Shadow series continues THIS FRIDAY, February 2 from 11:00AM - 12:30PM in Scialla Hall.

This week, we will move with the Rhythm of Staccato, noticing where we show up confidently in life and where we may have the tendency to be rigid or tense in our lives.

Those who are in the process of healing

Those who mourn

Those impacted by natural & humanmade disasters in Israel & Palestine, Ukraine and other sites around the world
