Turning Yinward: A Traditional Yin & Kurma Yoga Experience with Susan Novick
SAVE THE DATE for a meditative & calming yoga experience led by Susan Novick, on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17 from 6:30PM- 8:00PM. This 90 minute class will be a combination of yin yoga and kurma restorative yoga and will end with a mini sound bath at the end of class.
